Gail Williams founded Williams Recruiting, Inc. in 1982 and began specializing in working with Diagnostic companies and moved into working with the young, energetic biopharmaceutical marketplace. We have worked in many areas in assisting our clients growth but with special emphasis in research and development, quality, formulation & analytical, project & program management, process development, validation, & engineering and clinical research areas.
I love working with hiring managers in understanding their growth and replacement needs and finding the right skills as well as the right individual to fit into that company's culture. It is important to me that it works for both parties and that they can potentially find a home to grow both their technical talents as well as managerial and team fit. Finding the right fit adds value to both parties.
I began recruiting in 1980 and worked prior as a court reporter and real estate broker. I have been married for over 20 years and am busy raising two boys, currently 18 an 15. I earned my BS in Psychology and have taken many courses over the years to be more effective in negotiation, utilizing the net and human relations.
